Job summary

ABB is hiring for a hybrid field service role in Canada focused on mining and materials. You will perform medium to high complexity service work, troubleshoot hoisting equipment, and drive performance improvements for customers across North America.

You’ll lead safety and build strong customer relationships. The role supports the Automation Process Industries, Mining and Materials team with travel to Canada, the United States, Mexico, and beyond as needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
• Promote HSE compliance at customer sites.
• Support growth by identifying service and upgrade opportunities.
• Coach technicians and engineers; support training and certifications.
