A prominent arts organization in Canada is seeking a Heavy Duty Housekeeper for a casual position at the Meridian Arts Centre in Toronto. TO Live’s Housekeeping department at the Meridian Arts Centre (is currently accepting applications for the casual position of Heavy-Duty Housekeeping.
This position is an hourly unionized position working a variable schedule basis Monday to Sunday as required by the TO Live’s Meridian Arts Centre performance and events schedule. The main shift will be 4:00 pm – midnight.
The housekeeping staff at TO Live’s Meridian Arts Centre are members of the IATSE B-173. The successful candidates will be required to join this union.
This position reports directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor and indirectly to the Facilities Manager; and/or their designate. Duties include, but are not limited to, general cleaning and maintenance duties.
