Connect Hearing, part of the Sonova Group, is seeking a friendly Customer Care Representative to support daily operations at one of our hearing healthcare clinics in Canada. This 3-month contract role focuses on patient experience, scheduling, and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling, processing payments, and assisting with basic hearing aid care. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits plan are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience handling payments, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in healthcare or with seniors is a plus.

Mansioni
