Sonova Canada is seeking a friendly Customer Care Representative for a 3-month contract to support daily operations at a hearing healthcare clinic. You will assist with scheduling, billing, and patient relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service, accurate records, and light clinic tasks. Enjoy a hybrid work model with a pay rate of CAD 22.00–23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly clinic environment.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, provide excellent service.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, maintain client records.
• Process payments, assist with billing, complete daily admin tasks.
• Assist with basic hearing aid cleaning and minor in-clinic repairs.
• Contact clients to schedule appointments and support relationships.
• Assist with inventory and daily clinic operations.
