Job summary

Connect Hearing Canada, part of the Sonova family, is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Sudbury, Ontario. The role features a 35-hour work week, Monday–Friday, with hourly wages between CAD 20 and CAD 23 and an emphasis on client service, appointment scheduling, and billing support.

You will support Hearing Care Professionals, manage patient accounts, and may perform minor in-clinic device repairs with training provided.

Qualifications

• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
• Schedule appointments and organize files for hearing care professionals
• Manage and maintain client accounts and build relationships
• Work with insurance companies for third-party billing
• Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs (training provided)
