Job summary

Connect Hearing, part of the Sonova Group, seeks a Customer Care Representative for a 3-month contract at one of our hearing healthcare clinics. You will support daily operations, scheduling, payments, and patient experience.

Candidates with a high school diploma and customer service background, plus comfort with Microsoft Office, are encouraged to apply for a hybrid work model in Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with payments and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, provide service.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Process payments and assist with billing.
• Assist with basic hearing aid cleaning and checks.
• Follow up with clients to schedule services.
• Support inventory and daily operations.
