Qualifications

• College completed or combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a dispatcher/scheduler role.
• EMR, distribution, logistic or optimization tools is an asset.
• Bilingual is an asset.
• Excellent computer literacy with Gmail and Google Applications.

Responsibilities

• Optimize scheduling for clinical consultants and client service technicians.
• Monitor and achieve KPI targets for efficiency.
• Update and manage scheduling databases with accuracy.
• Schedule and optimize the sequence of interventions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate actively with clients, clinicians and client service technicians regarding intervention details.
• Ensure interventions are completed and updated in the EMR system in a timely manner.
• Solve complex scheduling tasks in EMR, fill gaps for the next day dispatching orders and review interventions to minimize issues.
