Responsibilities

• Optimize clinical consultants and client service technicians interventions using scheduling technology.
• Monitor and achieve KPI targets for efficiency.
• Update and manage scheduling databases with accuracy.
• Schedule and optimize the sequence of interventions across geographical zones/routes.
• Communicate with clients, clinical consultants and technicians regarding intervention details.
• Ensure interventions are updated in the EMR system in a timely manner.
• Resolve scheduling issues in EMR and prepare next-day dispatch plans.
• Escalate technical/clinical challenges to the Manager.
• Identify improvement opportunities for the Manager.
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and log information into EMR.
• Monitor service territory route/status to prioritize schedules.
• Enter data into EMR and maintain calls/activities logs.
