Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to support clinical consultants and client service technicians in Mississauga, ON. This role focuses on optimizing interventions, maintaining scheduling databases, and ensuring timely EMR updates.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in a dispatcher/scheduler role, be proficient with Gmail/Google Apps, and possess EMR/optimization tool experience, with bilingual abilities considered an asset.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a dispatcher/scheduler role.
EMR, distribution, logistics or optimization tools are assets.
Bilingual ability is an asset.
Excellent computer literacy with Gmail and Google Applications.

Responsibilities

Optimize clinical consultants and client service technicians interventions using scheduling technology.
Monitor and achieve KPI targets for efficiency.
Update and manage scheduling databases with accuracy.
Schedule and optimize the sequence of interventions across geographical zones/routes.
Communicate actively with clients, clinical consultants and client service technicians.
Ensure interventions are completed and updated in the EMR system in a timely manner.
Resolve complex scheduling tasks in EMR and prep for next day dispatching orders.
Escalate technical/clinical challenges to Manager.
Identify improvement opportunities to the Manager.
Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record information into the EMR.
Monitor route and status of service territory to coordinate and prioritize schedule.
Enter data into the EMR system and maintain logs and records.
