Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada in Calgary, AB is seeking a Care Coordinator to provide patient-focused support for sleep apnea and oxygen services. You will handle referrals, EMR records, scheduling, and customer calls with accuracy and empathy.

You will coordinate appointments, manage patient data in TIMs, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional communication with internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma - background or experience in Customer Service/Medical Office.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Microsoft apps.
• Experience with data management.
• Bilingual is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Upload referrals into our internal system.
• Build EMR records and patient databases.
• Data coordination and maintenance of patient databases.
• Billing in TIMs.
• Coordinate and book appointments for patients.
• Respond to caller inquiries efficiently and with urgency.
• Answer calls, provide test results, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.
• Ensure accuracy in all interactions and documentation.
• Demonstrate conflict resolution and time-management skills.
