Job summary

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a dispatcher/scheduler role.
EMR, distribution, logistic or optimization tools is an asset.
Bilingual is an asset.

Responsibilities

Execute a variety of administrative scheduling duties to support clinical consultants and client service technicians.
Optimize interventions by scheduling technology and coordinate routes.
Monitor KPI targets for efficiency and update scheduling databases with accuracy.
Schedule and optimize sequence of interventions to maintain efficiency and troubleshoot within geographical zones.
Enter data into the EMR system and maintain logs of calls and activities.
