Job summary

Shared Health is seeking a Scheduling Clerk to support Direct Service Staff scheduling at SMHC. You will enter data in to the ESP scheduling system, assign and communicate with staff, and coordinate with CPSs to ensure coverage in a 24-hour environment.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with healthcare terminology. Evening and weekend shifts are included, and the position is based in Selkirk, Manitoba.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school or equivalent program; formal training in applied office skills.
• Minimum 6 months scheduling experience in a large 24-hour environment.
• Experience with ESP Timekeeping preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of Direct Service Staff schedules by data entry into ESP scheduling system.
• Assist in assigning, scheduling and communicating with Direct Service Staff and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with Coordinators of Patient Services (CPSs) to support staffing needs.
