Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Scheduling Assistant at St. Boniface Hospital (SBH) in Winnipeg. Under the Manager, Staff Scheduling, you will assist clinical units with scheduling to maintain 24-hour staffing levels and perform related duties.
The role is in-person, 0.70 FTE, 7.75 daily hours, with anticipated ASAP start. Requires grade 12, 1 year ESP system experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Under the general direction of the Manager, Staff Scheduling and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital (SBH), the Sheduling Assistant is responsible for: assisting clinical units and departments with scheduling and related functions in support of sufficient staffing levels on a 24-hour basis; and performing other related duties as assigned.
