Qualifications

  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressively senior healthcare administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Opportunity

As a key member of the Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA) leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership in the planning, integration, delivery, and evaluation of programs and services for the assigned site and service area. You will work closely with senior leaders, physicians, staff, and community partners to ensure high-quality patient, client, and resident care while advancing Northern Health's strategic priorities.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Health Administration or a related discipline
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressively senior healthcare administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Compensation
  • $130,864 - $188,116 annually

Northern Health typically establishes salaries between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
