Job summary

Vaco seeks a hands-on finance leader to oversee the quote-to-cash process for a growing technology business. You will lead a team of Revenue, AR, and Collections Specialists, partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, and drive revenue recognition, billing, and process improvements.

This hybrid role involves two office days per week and offers exposure to senior leadership, with opportunities to scale systems, controls, and team capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience including 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with B2B SaaS revenue and ASC 606 preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of revenue, AR, and collections professionals.
• Oversee revenue recognition, billing, renewals, and contractions for complex subscriptions.
• Manage collections strategies and working capital improvements; monitor AR KPIs.
• Own and improve the quote-to-cash process; optimize ERP/CRM systems and automation.
