Hootsuite is seeking a seasoned Manager of Revenue Accounting to lead the end-to-end revenue recognition function under ASC 606 and IFRS 15. You will partner across Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal and FP&A to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and compliance in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting, a CPA, and deep knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP. You will drive policies, oversee the monthly close, forecasts, and audits while mentoring a team of

Formación

• 8+ years in an accounting/finance role or equivalent
• CPA with Big Four and public company experience
• Strong technical accounting under IFRS/US GAAP with IFRS 15/ASC 606 expertise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience training others on technical accounting matters
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Netsuite, Salesforce and G-Suite

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Develop and implement revenue policies and write technical memos.
• Manage monthly close related to revenue, defer revenue, commissions and related reports.
• Prepare revenue disclosures for financial statements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Legal and FP&A to improve systems and reporting outputs.
• Monitor IFRS and SEC developments to ensure compliance.
• Lead revenue forecasting meetings monthly and quarterly.
• Coordinate with external and internal audits on revenue recognition matters.
