Job summary

Versapay, a Canada-based fintech, is seeking an experienced revenue and accounting leader to oversee end-to-end O2C processes and ASC 606 compliance. You will partner with analytics, sales, legal, and RevOps to optimize billing, invoicing, and cash flow while scaling systems for growth.

You will mentor a high-performing team, design robust workflows, and lead initiatives across ERP, CRM, and billing platforms to improve data integrity and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading revenue and accounting ops in SaaS or tech.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS billing, ARR/MRR, and ASC 606.
• Hands-on ERP and billing systems experience (NetSuite SuiteBilling, Payfac, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes with billing and collections.
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition and advise on complex contracts.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to align billing with forecasts and ARR/MRR.
• Lead system integrations and drive automation for scalable finance operations.
• Provide strategic cash management insights and audit readiness.
