Job summary

Dulcedo Inc is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Team Lead to own the AR function, safeguard cash flow, and lead a high-performing finance team across North America. The role involves end-to-end AR activities, onboarding and billing oversight, collections, cash application, and reporting, with a focus on process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in AR/collections, strong leadership, and expertise in cash-flow strategy, data-driven KPIs,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounts receivable, collections, credit, or financial operations.
• Full AR cycle experience including collections, aging, cash application, reconciliations, disputes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR processes and cash flow management.
• Lead AR team and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Monitor aging, DSOs, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Agents, Talent Management, and Operations.
• Develop and implement AR reporting and KPIs.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements (NetSuite).
