Job summary

Irving Oil Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery leader to direct End User Services, Endpoint Management, IAM, and related functions across Canada, the US, and Ireland.

You will establish standards, governance, and secure, scalable support services while driving improvements in service quality and user experience. The role requires a strong leadership track record, 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in leadership, and deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure,

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, IAM, cybersecurity, and global service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop End User Services, Service Desk, Endpoint Management, and IAM teams across Canada, the US and Ireland.
• Establish and maintain enterprise technology standards and governance.
• Oversee delivery and continual improvement of core infrastructure services.
• Lead implementation, support, and optimization of physical security technologies across multiple locations.
• Provide strategic direction for IT Service Desk operations and user experience.
• Direct endpoint management incl. software deployment, patching, lifecycle, and compliance.
• Partner with Cyber Security to strengthen infrastructure security and regulatory compliance.
• Establish operational metrics and reporting for service performance and reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology investments.
