Job summary

Irving Oil Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure - Technology Services to lead End User Services, Service Desk, Endpoint Management, and IAM across Canada, the US, and Ireland. You will drive standards, governance, and secure, scalable operations aligned with enterprise security policies.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with Cyber Security to reduce risk while delivering a consistent employee technology experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience leading enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, IAM, cybersecurity, and global service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of End User Services and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop End User Services, Service Desk, Endpoint Management, and IAM teams across Canada, the US, and Ireland.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise technology standards, governance frameworks, and operational processes for secure, scalable infrastructure and support.
  • Oversee delivery and continual improvement of core infrastructure services including telecommunications, wireless technologies, and collaboration tools.
  • Direct endpoint management, including software deployment, OS patching, device lifecycle, and vulnerability management practices.
  • Partner with Cyber Security to strengthen infrastructure security and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish operational metrics and reporting to measure service performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

As a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure - Technology Services, you will lead and coordinate infrastructure, end user services, service desk, endpoint management, and identity and access management teams across Canada, the United States, and Ireland. Your goal will be to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that support business operations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and organizational priorities.
