Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Specialist to collaborate with business teams, technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders to develop, administer, integrate, and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform. You will deliver secure, scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with business needs, platform standards, and enterprise security.

Your work will drive process improvements and value across the enterprise, while partnering with IT and business teams to meet evolving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application development, administration or support with hands-on ServiceNow exposure.
• ServiceNow CAD and CSA certifications.
• Experience building and configuring ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and related web technologies.
• Experience with REST integrations, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Platform Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, administer, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, dashboards, and platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions by working with stakeholders.
• Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience and data quality.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex platform, application, integration, and performance issues.
• Plan testing, coordinate user acceptance, and support controlled deployments of enhancements and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain platform analytics, reports, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions follow security, governance, and development standards.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
