Job summary

adn is seeking a senior B2B sales leader based in the Greater Toronto Area to own growth in English Canada. You will expand our client base, deepen existing accounts, activate partnerships, and grow our talent presence across the market.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive the full sales cycle with autonomy and strategic partnerships. You will leverage a strong bilingual network and a proven brand to close opportunities, travel for key industry events, and ultimately position adn as the

Qualifications

Senior-level B2B sales experience with full ownership of the sales cycle.
Full bilingualism in English and French is required.
Active network in the English Canada corporate and association markets.
Disciplined pipeline management habits.
Strong relationship builder who represents a brand well in a room.
Entrepreneurial drive, autonomy and hunter mentality.
Based in the GTA, non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

Grow and expand our book of corporate and association clients across English Canada.
Grow adn's talent presence in the English Canadian market in partnership with our Talents team.
Source, pitch and close new opportunities for our talent.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close to delivery handoff.
Activate partnerships across English Canada.
Represent adn at major industry events across English Canada.
Keep a clean, well-documented pipeline and carry the adn brand in the market.
