Job summary

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is seeking a part-time seasonal Guest Services Agent in our Calgary office. You will greet guests warmly, manage inquiries across in-person, phone, email, and live chat, and support season pass processing while coordinating with various departments.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and a passion for mountain culture. Perks include lodging and lesson discounts, ski/snowboard privileges, and employee events. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for guest inquiries at the Calgary office.
• Maintain a welcoming in-office guest experience and atmosphere.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle guest questions, escalating when needed to Guest Services leadership.
• Create/update guest profiles and process season passes.

We are looking to fill the position of a part-time seasonal Guest Services Agent out of our Calgary office. You smileand warmly greet our guests as their first point of contact; nothing is toomuch trouble for you. You prioritize guest experience and teamwork. You Will:

• Act as a firstpoint of contact for all customer service inquiries at Resorts of theCanadian Rockies Calgary office
• Uphold anexcellent in office guest experience and atmosphere
• Respond toguest inquiries in person, over the phone, through email, and live chat
• Addresscustomer service-related questions and concerns, escalating to theappropriate Guest Services leader as needed
• Create andupdate customer profiles, process season pass requests, and issue seasonpasses
• Handle cashincluding a daily float, as well as process debit and credit cardtransactions
• Handle allinbound and outbound office mail
• Promote andsell all products and experiences available at RCR Resorts
• Ensure dailycommunication between team members and various departments (Food &Beverage, Mountain Operations, Retail & Rental, etc.) to provideaccurate and up to date information to guests about resort services andproducts
• Know and adhereto the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook
• Know and followall safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
• Know and complywith all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
• Perform othertasks and duties that are applicable

You Have:

• Previous workexperience in a customer service role required,preferably inan office setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (required)
• Proficient withMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems – anasset
• Ability to workin a guest facing role (remote work not available)
• Ability tocomplete computer work for long periods of time and to lift 30 pounds
• A passion forsports and the outdoors
