Job summary

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies seeks a Guest Services Agent – Season Pass Distribution to print and mail Season Passes for guests from our Calgary office.

The role focuses on data accuracy, coordination with IT, and maintaining a professional office environment. A full-time seasonal position, with shifts including weekends and holidays, begins now and runs through early December.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an office environment.
• Experience working in computer-based systems is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems is required.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Print and distribute Season Passes per guest purchases.
• Review and approve Season Pass photos against standards.
• Verify Season Pass barcodes for accuracy.
• Prepare and process bulk mailings of Season Passes to guests.
• Collaborate with local IT to support Season Pass distribution.
• Provide progress updates to the Guest Services Manager.

We are looking to fill a unique full-time seasonal positionof Guest Service Agent – Season Pass Distribution out of our Calgary office.This individual will own the project of printing and mailing Season Passes toour valued members. The ideal candidate will have a high level ofattention to detail, efficiency and a can-do attitude. This seasonalproject will begin now and run until early December! You Will:

• Printand distribute Season Passes in accordance with guest purchases.
• Reviewand approve Season Pass photos via the internal upload system, ensuringcompliance with photo standards.
• Accuratelyverify the status of Season Pass barcodes.
• Prepareand process bulk mailings of Season Passes to guests.
• Collaborateclosely with the local IT team to support technical needs related toSeason Pass distribution.
• Regularlycommunicate progress updates on Season Pass printing to the Guest ServicesManager.
• Fostera positive and professional office environment through strongcollaboration with colleagues, guests, and internal teams.
• Knowand adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCREmployee Handbook.
• Knowand follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety ManagementProgram.
• Knowand comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-WorkPrograms.
• Performother tasks and duties as assigned.

You Have:

• Provenexperience in a customer service role, preferably within an officeenvironment (considered an asset)
• Experienceworking in computer-based systems (an asset)
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Point-of-Sale (POS)systems (required)
• Strongattention to detail with a track record of producing accurate,high-quality work (required)
• Previousexperience in a resort, mountain, or similar outdoor recreation setting(an asset)
• Flexibilityto work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Abilityto work on-site full-time (remote work is not available for this position)
• Capacityto perform prolonged computer-based tasks and lift up to 50 pounds asneeded
• Agenuine passion for sports, outdoor activities, and mountain environments
