Job summary

Silver Hotel Group, a Toronto-based hospitality company, is seeking a Guest Services Agent for Union Hotel in downtown Toronto. You will deliver warm, professional service to guests from check-in to check-out and support daily operations at the front desk.

The role emphasizes a guest-centric approach, effective communication, and teamwork. The position requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience, preferably in a Hotel Front Desk position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maestro's or Opera experience is an asset.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive first and last impression and exceptional service.
• Interact with guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
• Create and cancel reservations; handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Greet calls professionally and manage inquiries.
• Balance and prepare shift end paperwork per hotel standards.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest registrations, room assignments, and special requests.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist with hotel services and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager.
