Novotel Toronto Centre, part of Silver Hotel Group, is recruiting a Part-time Restaurant Server to join our Food and Beverage team in downtown Toronto.

You will deliver friendly, timely service, maintain knowledge of the menu offerings, handle guest inquiries, and ensure accurate order delivery while complying with liquor, food safety, and grooming standards. • Keep floor stations stocked and tidy at all times.
• Follow reporting procedures if issues arise.
• Upsell and suggestive selling to guests.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Balance receipts and handle payments for drinks served.
• Assist with inventory or purchase requests as needed.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations and safety standards.
