Job summary

lululemon in Edmonton is seeking an Educator to deliver a first‑class guest experience and provide technical product education on athletic apparel. You will guide customers through purchases, returns, and omnichannel options while staying responsive to guest needs and store priorities.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, integrity, and teamwork within a luxury retail environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to serve guests and accomplish tasks.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to take action.
