lululemon is seeking an Educator to be the foundation of guest experience in our Windsor store. Educators craft world-class service, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

As a member of the team, you will engage with guests, perform product presentation, operate point-of-sale and omnichannel programs, and contribute to an inclusive, safety-conscious store environment.

Qualifications

• Creates a welcoming guest experience and supports an inclusive team environment.
• Delivers product education and communicates the community and culture authentically.
• Adapts to store operations and safety policies while assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience.
• Provide product education and assist with purchases/returns.
• Support floor movement and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store).
• Help maintain store presentation and safety.
