Job summary

lululemon in Canada is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail stores. You’ll engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

On the floor you’ll move dynamically to assist guests, perform accurate transactions, restock, and uphold store standards. You’ll collaborate with teammates, value inclusion, and contribute to a safe, luxury shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods (if required)
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting guests’ time
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Perform product presentation tasks and in-store transactions per company standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a luxury store environment
