Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must haveRight to Work evidence and local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting their time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs per standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock/store support per guidelines.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the luxury store environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and applicable policies and laws.
