Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator for our Windsor store to deliver world-class guest experiences, educate guests on product benefits, and share our community culture. You will engage with guests, guide purchases, and support omnichannel options while upholding a luxury store environment.

The role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and the ability to move through the store to assist guests. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ and legal right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members to optimize guest experience.
• Perform product presentation and restock according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a luxury store environment.
