Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Delta, BC, is seeking an Educator to deliver a world-class guest experience and provide top-quality product education in our store. You will connect with guests, assess needs, and offer tailored purchase and return solutions while representing our community and culture.

Move dynamically on the sales floor, collaborate with teammates, present products, and support store operations. A welcoming, inclusive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a great guest experience on the shop floor.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and explain product value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store) and complete guest transactions.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
