Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead the floor team and ensure guests receive a quality store experience daily. You will recruit, coach, and develop team members, foster belonging, and align performance with company values and directives.

In this role you will collaborate with the Store Manager on hiring, training, and performance management, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage operations and safety, and help drive sales strategies while upholding

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in managing business operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Partner with managers to review business data and plan hiring strategies.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and ensure proper restock/merchandising.
• Manage budget and labor hours as delegated by Store Manager.
