Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Experience in retail or service environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members to deliver superior guest experience
• Manage hiring and build a diverse, high‑performing team
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance management
• Ensure effective floor leadership and guest service on the sales floor
• Collaborate with managers on business planning, scheduling and budgeting
