Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for our Canada location. The role centers on delivering a high-quality in-store guest experience, educating customers on product value, and leading the floor as part of the store leadership team.

You’ll drive sales targets through guest-focused leadership and team achievement. Responsibilities include coaching peers, participating in hiring, and ensuring store readiness.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance as needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback, recognition, coaching, and hands-on experiences to support team development.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, building productive relationships.
