Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Calgary to ensure every guest enjoys a quality in-store experience and receives technical product education that communicates our value. You will lead floor operations, be the Supervisor on Duty, and support store performance through daily sales targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience and some leadership or mentoring experience. Shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the shop floor to deliver inclusive, high-quality service.
• Provide technical product education to guests to explain value of products.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and manage store operations during shifts.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Foster a respectful and productive team environment.
