Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure top-notch food quality and a positive customer experience. You will keep the line clean, train crew, and manage safety checks while taking on miscellaneous office tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, have cash handling and food safety knowledge, and demonstrate restaurant experience. Availability for 4 days a week, including a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, is required.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues as they arise.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature checks.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leaders.
• Assist with office administration and supply management.
