Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of guest service experience.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional manner.
• Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Ability to follow instruction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
• Interact with guests during check-in and check-out, and handle reservations.
• Greet calls professionally and manage daily communications.
• Balance and close shift paperwork per hotel standards.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments and assist with guest requests.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist with hotel services and inquiries.
