Job summary

AppDirect, the parent of PartnerStack, seeks an Revenue Ops Systems Analyst to own the GTM technology stack and optimize data flows across Salesforce, Planhat, Zendesk, Gong, and HubSpot. You will design AI-powered workflows, automate complex processes, and partner with sales, marketing, CS, and finance to align systems with business goals.

You will proactively identify gaps, implement scalable solutions, and drive data integrity to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations/go-to-market role with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM technology stack and ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems operate as one connected engine.
• Build and manage automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows with multi-step agents and structured data extraction.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable processes.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve GTM efficiency and rep productivity with ROI focus.
• Drive data integrity across systems, workflows, and reporting.
• Automate commissions, territory management, and data enrichment processes.
• Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects from scope to shipped outcomes.
