GTM Automation Engineer - RevOps for Faster Revenue

Versapay is seeking its first GTM Engineer to remove manual work from the revenue engine, speed inbound response, and run automated outbound plays for Sales and Marketing. You will design, build and maintain workflows, integrations and AI agents connecting GTM systems with Salesforce as the system of record.

This builder role in Revenue Operations will own problems end to end: identify where reps and marketers lose time, design the fix, ship it, and measure the result.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a technical GTM role such as GTM engineering or RevOps systems
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, flows and data relations
• Hands-on experience building production workflows in automation platforms
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript, and basic SQL
• Experience using LLMs in workflows: prompt design and testing
• History of shipping automations that saved time or improved conversion
• Strong documentation habits and maintainable designs

Aufgaben

• Own the inbound path from form fill to first rep touch and cut response time
• Build lead-to-account matching, qualification and routing with SLAs
• Design and automate follow-ups: rep notifications and meetings
• Create signal-based plays with marketing for website visits and engagement
• Turn signals into actions: tasks, alerts, sequences or briefs
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead processing and nurture handoffs
• Map time spent on tasks and automate CRM hygiene
• Develop AI-assisted workflows like call summaries and deal-risk flags
• Document workflows and ownership clearly
