Job summary

AppDirect, including PartnerStack, seeks a revenues-operations analyst who can translate complex GTM questions into clear, defensible insights. You will build dashboards, forecasting models, and reports in Google Sheets and BI tools, collaborating with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance to ground decisions in trusted numbers.

You’ll support forecasting, pipeline analyses, and scenario planning while ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, financial analysis, or related analytical role in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, finance, or similar field.
• Power user of Google Sheets or Excel: complex formulas, pivots, lookups, and modeling from scratch.
• Enjoy turning data into actionable insights for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce and PlanHat as advanced users, building reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM reporting with dashboards, models, and reports for pipeline, bookings, forecasts, QBRs, and board updates.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests from Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance with clear, well-documented analyses.
• Assist forecasting and planning, including operational models for forecasting, pipeline coverage, capacity, and quota planning.
• Work across GTM systems, building reports and validating data in Salesforce, PlanHat, Looker, or BI tools.
• Monitor core GTM metrics (pipeline, win rates, bookings, churn, attainment) and explain changes to leadership.
• Ensure data quality during Deal Desk processes and coordinate with Systems/GTM teams to fix issues at the source.
• Translate analysis into concise narratives and visuals for senior leadership, justifying recommendations.
