Job summary

BioRender is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Growth team to drive adoption and engagement across the expanding product portfolio. You will identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and leadership to turn insights into measurable product improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and end-to-end execution on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including growth through product improvements.
• Proven track record of shipping product improvements that drove adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, or revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience analyzing product data.
• Experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests or other product experiments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous business or product problems, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Strong execution skills, with experience working directly with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship product initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams, navigate trade-offs, and influence decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using product data, user research, and experimentation to improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Drive adoption of new products and features, including AI-powered figure creation and graphing capabilities.
• Own growth experiments end to end: formulate hypotheses, define success metrics, launch with engineering and design, analyze results, and decide what to ship or iterate.
• Improve the self-serve user journey by reducing onboarding friction and speeding value realization.
• Drive measurable business impact by increasing product usage, self-serve revenue, and enterprise lead generation.
• Partner across teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing) to align priorities and deliver initiatives.
• Lead execution with engineers and designers, defining requirements, managing scope, and steering projects from concept to launch.
• Contribute to Growth roadmap by sizing opportunities and guiding investment using data and judgment.
