Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth and adoption of Voyage AI. You will craft lifecycle experiences and campaigns across email, in-product, content, and emerging channels to engage developers and technical users.

You will partner with Product, Analytics, and Data Science to identify opportunities and optimize the customer journey from discovery to expansion, driving activation and ongoing usage with data-driven programs.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience with product-led lifecycle focus.
• Experience marketing to developers or technical audiences is essential.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM ecosystems and related developer workflows.
• Ability to translate customer insights into scalable growth programs.
• Data-driven with strong writing and storytelling skills for campaigns.
• Collaborative, with ownership mindset and adaptability in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product to identify opportunities across the customer journey to drive activation, adoption and continued usage.
• Design and run experiments across audiences, messaging, channels, and experiences.
• Develop growth strategies and programs with cross-functional teams from idea to launch.
• Create and curate content to drive awareness and adoption across funnels and lifecycle stages.
• Conduct product, market, and customer analyses to uncover new growth drivers.
• Leverage emerging channels to accelerate growth and workload expansion.
• Monitor funnel and product adoption KPIs and measure impact of initiatives.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and Product teams to align messaging with launches.
