Job summary

Uberall seeks a Senior Director of Product to lead AI and Growth, defining strategy for AI features and new AI Search expansions. You will drive adoption, growth, and retention, leading a global team of product managers and collaborating across functions to meet ambitious objectives.

You will guide AI innovation, product discovery, and validation, leveraging data-driven decision-making and strong communication with senior leadership to scale Uberall's SaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on growth and strategy.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-driven products.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
• Experience leading high-performing product teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth strategies.
• MarTech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered features, AEO/GEO features and growth initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer data and competitive landscape.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies for our product set.
• Drive product-led sales and growth by leveraging the product as a core driver.
• Mentor and manage a team of product managers and foster innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams.
• Establish and track metrics to measure success and inform decisions.
• Communicate product vision, strategy and progress to senior leadership.
