360insights seeks a Head of Marketing to accelerate growth by building a scalable, AI-enabled marketing engine. Reporting to the CEO, you will own strategy, operating model, and team capability across GTM and product leadership.

You'll lead demand generation, ROI, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen market positioning, drive pipeline, and support 360’s enterprise revenue growth while fostering a values-based culture.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, channel, partner ecosystem, incentive management, or related enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience building marketing strategies that support pipeline generation, revenue growth, customer expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B buying journeys, demand generation, ABM, content strategy, digital marketing, marketing operations, and sales alignment.
  • Ability to evaluate a marketing function, identify capability gaps, reshape priorities, and build practical roadmaps that improve performance.
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing significant marketing investments, building business cases, measuring customer acquisition economics, and connecting marketing strategy to revenue growth, profitability, and enterprise value.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled marketing tools and automation to improve productivity, personalization, lead generation, content, and campaign execution.
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating marketing teams, including both strategic leaders and hands-on contributors.
  • Values-based, commercially minded leader who builds trust, simplifies complexity, supports change, and drives measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Own market positioning, brand strategy, and category leadership, establishing a differentiated narrative that strengthens competitive advantage, increases market awareness, and supports enterprise revenue growth.
  • Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives, revenue targets, and long-term company strategy.
  • Build and lead the customer expansion and cross-sell program, including account-based campaigns, scaled executive business reviews, and whitespace analysis, to grow revenue within the existing install base.
  • Own marketing’s pipeline contribution, budget, and performance reporting, including channel ROI, multi-touch attribution, and PlanHat (CRM) reporting, and reallocate spend based on results.
  • Assess the current marketing function and build a practical operating model with clear priorities, accountabilities, and expected business impact.
  • Partner across Sales, Business Development, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to improve pipeline quality, conversion, win rate, and customer expansion.
  • Lead demand generation across priority channels, including events, content, paid media, SEO/AEO, website, analyst activity, field marketing, partner marketing, and account-based programs.
  • Clarify 360’s ideal customer profile, buyer personas, value proposition, and messaging so marketing investments focus on the highest-return opportunities.
  • Use data, experimentation, and performance reporting to improve campaign effectiveness, budget allocation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools, workflows, and automation to improve lead generation, personalization, content, and operational efficiency.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, values-based marketing team with the focus, capability, and accountability required to support 360’s next stage of growth.
