Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Teammate Growth, to lead the Teammate AI product organization for home service businesses. You will own two motions—Teammate as a differentiator for Jobber and as the AI-native path for existing customers—driving discovery, onboarding, first value, habit, and advocacy.

You will collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Marketing to shape the AI adoption curve and monetisation strategy while aligning with company goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with real AI products.
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in change and ambiguity.
• Experience owning an AI adoption curve end to end from acquisition to retention.
• Track record taking AI products from early adopters to mainstream usage.
• Ability to design around a non-deterministic product with a strong first impression.

Responsibilities

• Own Teammate growth model end to end: discovery, onboarding, first value, habit, advocacy.
• Drive net-new acquisition and existing-customer conversion as a unified strategy.
• Build AI onboarding and activation directly and iterate with customers.
• Define metrics to show Teammate impact on service providers’ business and act on outcomes.
• Demonstrate Teammate value and a clear monetisation path.
