Roofr is seeking a Lead Product Growth Designer to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to craft data‑driven, user‑centred experiences that generate measurable business outcomes.

You’ll own the growth design lifecycle, design experiments, and build AI‑enhanced workflows to improve efficiency. This remote‑first role offers strong growth, equity, and opportunities to shape Roofr’s platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth‑focused product design experience, with measurable impact on metrics like activation and retention.
• Strong portfolio showcasing data‑informed UX/UI design across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for growth initiatives across web and mobile.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to optimize onboarding and activation.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and other teams to ship impactful solutions.
• Contribute to experimentation pipelines and share learnings from past tests.
• Leverage AI to enhance productivity and design workflows.
