Job summary

Wealthsimple Inc. is seeking a Growth Engagement Specialist to plan and execute end-to-end growth campaigns across Wealthsimple’s brand and product ecosystem. You’ll use AI-assisted tools to accelerate QA, content creation, and reporting while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams.

The role blends technical execution with creative strategy, focusing on multi-channel journeys, personalization, and partner/referral growth within a hybrid Canadian team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred).
• 1+ year coding for email (HTML/CSS); SQL experience a plus.
• Strong enthusiasm for using AI tools in day-to-day marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel campaigns (in-app, email, push).
• Use AI tools to improve QA, content generation, briefs, and reporting.
• Ideate and experiment on growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention and engagement.
