Job summary

Kal Tire is seeking a Commercial (OTR) Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships with mining and industrial clients across Canada. You will promote Kal Tire’s products and services, coordinate with internal teams to meet commitments, and pursue qualified opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving and time-management skills, comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and a professional, customer-focused mindset. Travel is frequent as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years outside or commercial sales experience in a medium/large organization.
• Minimum three years in major asset sales, contract management, or industrial/commercial account management.
• Experience in tire, mining, or heavy industrial sectors is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage contractual relationships with end-users in Canadian mining and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and senior contacts at head office and site levels.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Operations Managers, and store leadership to ensure forecasting and execution of commitments.
• Respond to RFIs/RFQs from existing customers and new business opportunities.
