Barricades and Signs is the industry leader for traffic safety needs in Western Canada. The Account Manager will drive outside sales, business development, and account management to grow sales with existing clients and new opportunities.

The role requires acquiring new business, delivering presentations, providing quotes for sales and rentals, and coordinating deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service. 8-hour workdays, with travel as needed, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Minimum three years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new business accounts in your territory.
• Make sales calls and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads and close opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email and in person.
• Provide accurate quotes for sales and rentals.
• Communicate effectively with multiple business stakeholders.
• Process and record sales in SAP/HubSpot.
• Address inquiries about traffic control products and regulations.
• Arrange deliveries for sales and rentals.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Present a professional image to customers and partners.
• Interpret tender documents for accurate quoting and management.
• Conduct occasional cold calls in field and by phone.
